Sunset Sword A work in progress; basically a sneak peak at one of the scenes in the intro to the Project Redemption series I plan to start working on.

Fox Dance! Just a little something I whipped up, after being inspired from seeing Weebls' Only in Kenya animation.

Fight Combo This is a combo of fighting moves, done up in a way that could be used in video games. That is, I animated I series of kicks and punches, each returning to an original position. Then I strung the animations together to make this short sequence. Took a couple days, learning the rig and tweaking the motion, but learned a ton.

Garry's Jump A quickie I did during class one afternoon, trying to figure out the rigging on a character just given to us to use. Poor guy gets so much abuse :)

Project Redemption This was my winter quarter '03 final for my Flash class. Took a few weeks to do (had three other classes in the meanwhile, after all!), and gave me lots more respect for traditional animation. For this I did the character drawings, modeled and rendered the mechanical bits, and made all the sound FX.

Park Walk A pretty Flash animation, but very CPU intensive :/ The assignment was to do a walk cycle with a scrolling background. So I went with a bipedal digigrade character for the challenge, and added a few more things in (like his shadow).
Digidate What happens when a man loves a digimon, and what happens when a digimon loves a man in an entirely different way? This was done for my intro to stopmotion class in fall quarter '02.
Digidate Revenge When a fighter discovers the fate of his brother, he comes seeking vengence! Somewhat darker than the first, just playing with different styles of anime meets stopmotion (on a dollar budget!)
Dragon Walk For the end of my animal drawing for animation class, we had to do a quadruped walk cycle. I choose a dragon cause, hey, dragon. Pencil test shot under not-ideal conditions.
'splody Head An FX pencil test for my summer quarter '02. This went over really well with the teacher, but then, who doesn't appreciate exploding heads? |
Lizard Run Pencil test of a run cycle for my summer quarter '02. Choose a bipedal digigrade character to try to figure out how one would move. |

Bricked Some people just need a good swift kick, whether they're doing anything to deserve it or not. |
